About Me

My name is Araka (think Erica but spell it crazy). I spent eight wonderful years in the Air Force learning to serve others and how to push my limits.  After my daughter was born, I went from worrying about war torn countries to a toddler running around with a marker missing its cap. But just like a sour patch kid, there were sweet moments immediately following. I needed to learn how to capture and freeze those moments that are so fleeting. I quickly discovered that I then wanted to do the same for others and celebrate all the happy moments and joy that life brings! That is when my career swiftly pivoted directions. I love my little family of 3, friends, and Starbucks – gotta have my soy lattes! I’d love to talk with you so just prepare yourself for all the emojis I use 🙂
