I almost titled this blog post “Mad Love, Mad Men style” but didn’t want to confuse anyone. No I’m not talking boozy dramatic escapades. This session was rather cozy and family oriented actually. It was the interiors and styles, the old souls in these two, the way they gawked at the original rose gold mirrors, or loved sitting at the retro bar. You see, these two met at the Miller Theater in downtown Augusta, Georgia. When Sara hired me for their engagement sessions, *me* a natural light photographer, and asked if it was even a possibility to take photos in the theater where there was no abundance of natural light… of course I said yes because what there was, was an abundance of memories and nostalgia. I just had to see with my own eyes their love story and its origins. To top it off, not only was it sweet and special to focus on their engagement but also the family that is forming. It was an honor to include Vivienne in this session 🙂
